Cancellation and Refund

Sales and Concerns

While all sales are considered final, we understand that concerns may arise. Feel free to reach out to us via email at kanya.saree.help@gmail.com, and we will make every effort to address your specific situation.

Returns for Defective Products only

We accept returns only for products with defects. If you happen to receive a defective item, promptly contact us  within 2 hours by emailing kanya.saree.help@gmail.com with your Order ID and include a snapshot of the defect. Upon verification by our team, a full refund will be processed following below conditions.

Condition for Return Items

  • Items must remain unused and unwashed for hygiene purposes.
  • The product must be returned with its original packaging and tags intact. Items lacking the original tags will not be accepted.
  • Upon approval of the return, the customer is required to ship the item back to the provided address within 48 hours.
  • Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized / pre-ordered products cannot be returned.
  • Products purchased during a sale or using a discount coupon are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order, please do so before it is shipped. Cancellations made before shipment will result in a full refund of the amount paid.
